The Challenge
Our customer commissioned RPK Group to create a component to ensure the Pedal Travel Sensor remains precise, considering the quality of the application in the Electronic Braking System.

RPK has designed a special product that fulfils the customer’s needs based on RPK Group’s 50 years of experience in Braking Systems. Our expert team at our Technological Center has created a new product with added value for the customer.
Brake pedal sensor technology
Once the dimensions of the component were defined, a special process was developed to ensure the assembly of the Pedal Travel Rod with 100% mechanical and visual verification.
